Pros

I work in marketing at Sunshine Rides so I spend a lot of time listening to people's experiences with drivers and also getting to know staff members around the state. On both ends, it's easy to see how much care goes into what the company does. The work genuinely helps people, especially those requiring specific accommodations who might otherwise have difficultly getting to and from medical treatment. It feels good to support that kind of work.

Cons

The company is in a period of fast expansion as demand grows, so not everything is perfectly polished - some behind-the-scenes systems are still catching up.

Pros

Great company to work for! Managers (all) are wonderful, they have us drivers and dispatchers and they will bend over backwards for you..

Cons

Not anything bad to say etc. Some people you transport have their moments but are respectful for the most part. If you have "cons" then it's probably not the company 🤨 (just saying).

Pros

Working as a driver for this medical transport company has been one of the most rewarding jobs I’ve ever had. From day one, management has set the tone for an inclusive, supportive, and professional work environment. They truly care about their employees and passengers alike. Communication is always clear, respectful, and consistent, and you’re never made to feel like “just a number.” Scheduling is flexible and fair, with a strong focus on work-life balance, which is rare in this industry. Dispatch and supervisors are approachable and always willing to listen and help resolve any issues. They provide real support—not just lip service. The company is mission-driven, and you can feel it in the way every team member, from management to drivers, interacts with clients. You’re not just transporting people—you’re helping them get to critical appointments and improving their quality of life. It gives the work real meaning.

Cons

Honestly, not many. Like any driving job, traffic and the occasional tough passenger can be challenging, but that’s part of the territory. The company does everything it can to support drivers in those moments.
