Pros

Union friendly, profit for members, flexible hours (outside call centre)

Cons

Pay ceiling cap negatively effects raises- this is the one thing that would make me think I may get better compensation elsewhere

Thank you for leaving a review, we love hearing from our current employees. It's great to hear that your experience with Sunsuper over the last four years has been positive. We work hard to provide an employee experience that supports our people to live and work flexibly. In regards to remuneration, we are about to renegotiate our Enterprise Agreement, I will be sure to pass your feedback onto the People & Culture team so it can be considered as part of the wider discussions.

Thanks for leaving a review. We love seeing feedback from our current employees. We're very proud of our culture here at Sunsuper and we work to ensure we can deliver on workplaces that allow our people to do their best work and that we offer continual opportunities to grow. We know some areas in the business may not have the same level of flexibility and we appreciate your candour on leadership. This feedback will help us to support our leaders, who in turn can provide better support to our people.

Pros

Profit for members' organisation, great culture and staff, pay is above industry average with above super pay, good company benefits, well-beings for staff, regular, donates to charity, short walk to the gym

Cons

The culture of the company went downhill in the last couple of years with retail focus-minded management in the Business Growth, Employer Services, HR and IT, where they have lost good staff in the Business Growth team and especially the SharePoint team. Cycling into work used to be great when traffic aren't that congested, but since a few near misses I stuck with the public transport, which costs more than an arm and a leg. Location is at Milton, which is generally a headache if you are driving to and from work. Lunch is also expensive around the area.
