Pros

commute was decent but that was it,

Cons

The CEO, CFO and VP trickle down through their baseball buds an inability to speak with employees and definitely total ineptitude in open door policy and listening skills, there's not even a desire. Witnessed tantrums from the CEO who is known as the "anti-leader" that are hilariously baby like and frightening at the same time. Contractors are beginning to catch on and it's just a matter of time before the manufacturers realize who they have misplaced their trust in. Top of my list for worst places I have worked: vapid leader personalities, nepotism, and fear abound. Even with the obvious fake posts they've made on glassdoor to cover up, the suck theme persists.

Pros

Very lucrative pay structure and freedom to develop ones skill set pursuant to their respective position and job role. PTO is ok as well.

Cons

Many things. Inclusivity is the main factor that separates those who are simply trying to earn a living versus those who are truly pursuing a career. If you don't have connections to those who run the company, you will have a difficult time progressing. No sense of upward mobility whatsoever. All benefits are trash (besides the PTO structure which is just alright). Management limits information intake for lower level employees which only creates more problems for morale and overall quality of work. If work slows down for operations, you will suffer and are recommended to seek out unemployment benefits. This is not the way you look after your lower level employees, especially when their labor is the only way revenue gets generated.
