      Unsafe, over crowded, bad management, unprofessional/toxic/explosively emotional foreman Sarah, disgusting work environment, biohazardous materials with little to no training on how to avoid injury, insufficient ventilation, various types of workplace harassment, violent reactions from management when a mistake is made,

      Pros

      Nice team, Pay for overtime, No weekends & Stable hours

      Cons

      Bad place for office (always have to worry if you get a parking spot), benefits aren't the greatest, Management doesn't care about you, Owners don't give you any benefits to retain staff (they use the money they get to go on vacation instead of giving staff a raise or trips, etc), HO can be rude alot of the times, overworked & less pay.
