      I can't even give a thought to this none.

      No CRM solutions for a salesperson Family run business their way or the highway Management drinks the same red wine as the family . No structure to support salespeople No respect or appreciation from the family-owned business

      Pros

      Nice team, Pay for overtime, No weekends & Stable hours

      Cons

      Bad place for office (always have to worry if you get a parking spot), benefits aren't the greatest, Management doesn't care about you, Owners don't give you any benefits to retain staff (they use the money they get to go on vacation instead of giving staff a raise or trips, etc), HO can be rude alot of the times, overworked & less pay.
