Pay is on the low-end, but the working environment balances this out.

The company runs best when Sales, Project Management, and Production are aligned, and seeing how those teams work together gives you a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle. The culture is fast-paced and very hands-on. People are generally supportive, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork when it comes to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Supergraphics is also growing through acquisitions, which has expanded capabilities and opened the door to larger projects and new opportunities. With that growth comes change and challenges, but it’s a good environment for learning, adapting, and building skills across multiple areas of the business.
