      Minimum wage pay, understaffed, horrible franchise owners, no benefits, must work weekends and nights.

      Pros

      As a newer stylist I was given training with an in salon trainer. Also, had other more advanced techniques/training available online.

      Cons

      Not many, I just hate nights and weekends. Being new made my compensation on the lower end.
