Pros
Work-life balance is great. Was able to mold my schedule to fit my goals. Enjoyed the hard working people. Formed excellent working relationships.
Cons
Not limited to supergen, but the biotech/pharma industry is volatile. It is difficult to find stability. Thishis is an industry filled with PhDs it is easy to be taken less seriously if one has not attained as high of an education level.
