They only way to reach them is by email and well they tend to ignore emails. You can't message them on social media, there's no number to call. This means there's no way to resolve any potential issues. By far the worst teaching experience I've ever had. But that's the teacher's perspective, if you'll read students reviews you'll find out they often had no idea what they were signing up for and that they had to pay 30 pounds a month of a recurring subscription just to contact the tutors. When asking for a refund they faced exactly the same issue which is lack of response from the platform. It's a scam
