Pros
Overall, my experience with SupplyPike has been very positive. The interview process was clear, straightforward, and they had me meet not just my potential direct boss, but other team leaders to understand the culture fit. All leaders have been open to sharing their experiences and insights, and I feel free to get to know people in other departments.
Through the acquisition by SPS Commerce, SupplyPike still stays true to its core goals of helping suppliers to "Get Paid. Get Better." I'm sure there will be more changes to SupplyPike in the coming year or two because of the acquisition, but I feel confident that it will still be SupplyPike. A lot of employees work locally in Rogers, which is nice. Makes it easier to meet people.
The sales team is open to sharing knowledge and wants everyone to succeed. I've been able to voice concerns without backlash and am encouraged to give my honest opinion. They are also generous with helping you to improve and get through a difficult sales month.
Cons
Some processes within the sales team are unclear or overwhelmed at this time. This could be partly because of the acquisition, and I believe it could also be that some updated training is needed to help bring more accountability to team members.
