Pros
I was genuinely surprised when offered a huge promotion after only 6 months in the company, so it's definitely a great place to grow if you have what it takes. If you just want to work remotely without anybody breathing down your neck, this is also a good place to find yourself in. Really great atmosphere as everybody seems to be extremely helpful and supportive.
Cons
Can't really think of any significant cons. The compensation may seem a little modest in the beginning but it grows pretty fast. No taxi home though the subway is around the corner so it's not a big deal.
