This company is a complete scam. Working here feels like being on a modern-day slave ship. They constantly lie about prioritizing employees, but in reality, you have to endure endless struggles. The team leaders are terrible—lacking even basic knowledge of organizational behavior—and there is clear racism within the workplace. The company culture is atrocious; they will drain the life out of you. There are no opportunities for career growth, and they even scam employees through the so-called salary buildup scheme. Despite the client paying 100% upfront, they only allocate 40%, 50%, 60%, and 70% to employees over time—then, just before full payment, they fire you and hire a new beginner to exploit for another six months. Absolutely avoid this place.
