Thank you for your review! Entry-level compensation and independent work are clearly outlined in the application and hiring process. We have weekly opportunities to meet with leadership if desired and regularly with the entire Moderator Team, though fully remote positions do always have some element of disconnect with work culture! Thank you for helping our users and we hope your experience with us helps you in the future.
Very flexible hours and overall a great company to be a part of. Great support for all employees and very responsive supervisors. Gives you core skills for emotionally supporting others.
Cons
Not consistent pay (but still great in terms of meeting minimum reps), can be emotionally taxing if you don’t take care of yourself (but management does an amazing job of supporting you)
