Pros
I chose this company because you start with a base salary AND you do not have to cold call to obtain or pay for your own leads. That is great in itself, as everywhere else I looked in this industry, you are straight commission and typically cold calling for your leads. No thanks Team leads are great and there is friendly competition The owners truly believe in doing best for the company and its employees Company outtings are awesome and the vibe is great in the office Training a week long, and we get to listen to agents on the floor for 2-3 days while they are speaking with clients (not sure where no training came from above) After that, yes you are required to sell From my experience, over the years if I had a bad month or was not performing I ALWAYS was spoke to by my team lead offering help as well as the sales manager to help hold me accountable. They are very upfront with sales goals and requirements. These are the things I loved and the reason I chose this agency (The two biggest were pre-qualifed incoming leads and a base salary with bonuses based on performance)
