Pros

They have a nice break room and the café downstairs is awesome.

To keep it simple Sureco is a scam without it being a pyramid scheme. I worked in the sales department for 3 years. They say they are a broker who sells multiple forms of insurance but you end up selling some Christian healthcare program that they created themselves. At first you had an opportunity to make decent money. After 1 year of selling another companies healthshare product we started selling UHSM (their own creation). The problem with this is that we were told we were selling health INSURANCE in the beginning and ended up selling a health care program that is NOT insurance. On top of that we could help sell ACA insurance but you earn next to nothing and get almost no credit when it comes to work performance. They only give credit when selling their own product. The pay is a recurring book of business. First off you dont own or have rights to the clients you sell/help out, it all goes under the owners name/sureco. They keep everything. The book of business takes about 6-12 months to finally hit commission where you are making 6K/month, IF you can hit their crazy metrics they ask you to sell every month. One of the MAJOR flaws in this company is the marketing. They do not market SURECO. They market as a generic health share company because they all have a name for themselves. When taking inbound calls, the clients have NO CLUE who Sureco or even the product UHSM is. This is where this company makes it feel like a scam or makes it nearly impossible to help out most clients who call in. Also want to point out that the management has stated multiple times that this is a unicorn company that feeds you inbound leads but reality is you get 3-8 leads a day and they are not always quality leads. There are plenty of other companies out there that feed you inbound leads that are quality and actually marketed for the COMPANY YOU WORK FOR. If you couldn't tell by this review, I would highly recommend staying away from this company. There are plenty of other problems like communication issues, and management not actually looking our for the employees below them.

This job was probably the best job I’ve ever head. Management and team were so great we were like family.

Cons

Workload was heavy with so small a team. We had to wear multiple hats often.

Cons

Leadership is only concerned with building up their weak product, likely to have another company buy them out and the executives get an exit. Until then, there are constant layoffs and restructuring where teams are just the bare minimum to function. Avoid
