      Pros

      Leadership is understanding of the realities of life and supports you in finding a balance between work and your personal life. Although the organization has been around for over a decade, the team still has the energy and passion of a start up. When the team gathers, it is apparent that people enjoy each others' company.

      Cons

      Not unlike any other remote role/organization, it takes a bit longer to understand team dynamics and fully get up to speed.

      Honest, Vertically focused on Insurance, Massive market, Culture & People are focused upon, Hard work is prized, Yet, they don't take themselves too seriously, they like to have fun, you can travel alot on the front lines.

      Cons

      If you dont like helping insurance companies... It's not your place, Hard and long problems to solve, Clients demand alot as they are big enterprises, Long sales cycles, products are big and highly resilient, enterprise-grade expectations of people and software.
