Bad work culture. Poor leadership post UHC buyout, workers pushed till burnout, they don't retain talent/let key roles be filled by contractors that aren't renewed that cause operational difficulty. UHC side of the business is unpleasant and unhelpful to work with, mandated changes to fit their systems, not enough resources on teams, expected to work weekend and after hours, non collaborative environment.
