Pros
If you like the beach and seeing cool sites then you'll like working here though provided you aren't outside the store too much, some of the the customers can be pretty awesome, there is little possibility of you screwing something up, and there is no nagging supervisor(as of my time there)
Cons
Potential long commute for some, not the best pay, there can be up to week or more of slow days
