Pros
A lot of freedom and flexibility at a center level. If you know what you are doing, you can independently run your center with support of your surgeon partners. Able to build your own team and the management your center the best way that works for you.
Cons
Micromanagement on things that do not matter. SurgCenter is desperate for Regional Directors and hire people who do not know what they are doing. We have had multiple RD's and the admins are constantly training them on how to work for SurgCenter.
