      Always has you up to date with whats going on in the company. Work from Home. Trainings are always available. Management is always willing to help.

      Pros

      Teamwork, Empathy, Support, Friendship, Growth, are only a few words that reminds me of working at Surgical Notes. I enjoyed the entire 17 yrs!

      Remote work is the only pro

      Cons

      The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
