Mandatory air travel - Wasted time & company resources. Less effective than Zoom, as surgery center administrators prefer virtual meetings to begin with.

Thank you for writing and submitting a review. I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the technology we have available to our teammates as well as the benefits. I am not certain of what you mean in terms of paper-based practices. Only a select few of our remote workforce even have printers! For our sales positions, we do require travel and we communicate that thoroughly on the job descriptions and have candidates sign off on the travel requirement within the offer letter. Our company is continuing to grow and much of our process has contributed to that growth. The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
