Pros

Surgical Notes has a lot of great attributes and benefits for people looking for a well-rounded company. Obviously just like nay company there are kinks that could be ironed, but Surgical Notes meets a lot of the marks when it comes to employee satisfaction, as well as client satisfaction.

Cons

Easy to fall between the cracks of the company. Burnout is a very real threat due to a lot of issues that need to be resolved. Benefits are pretty expensive for the market.

Pros

Remote work is the only pro

Cons

The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
