      this is the worst wfh company i have worked for and i have been working from home for over 7 years. management doesnt listen, pay is incorrect, it was just a horrible experience.

      Remote work is the only pro

      Cons

      The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
