People are nice, company is allowing fair amount of time working from home, does not breathe down your neck about work hours. Product quite interesting, especially for programers. Good if you want to settle down at one place and one title. Very hard to get fired.

Very limited resources, no bonuses, events or "high-tech" percs. Salaries are below average. Company behaves like a startup, very unorganized. No real advancements on your titles, tools to enhance your work or a way to learn new things.
