Pros
There are some great people who work here, you truly develop relationships with the graphic artists, office admins, receptionists and the agents as well. It's in a nice area and generally is a decent work environment. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Work life balance is not good and stress level is constant since everything is an emergency all the time. The company went through many changes with the marketing department and it created issues with the agents that I don't think anyone was really prepared for. As a result, everyone has to deal with a lot and is constantly under pressure - which means long hours (especially on Fridays). Everyone is trying their best but it is honestly tiring.
