      Pros

      The atmosphere is laid back.

      Cons

      Not the employer of choice if you happen to value job security. Risk of arbitrary layoffs at this company is higher than any other defense contractor in the industry. SURVICE managers are poor decision-makers who count on lack of transparency to hide their incompetence. What's worse, they are dishonest. Bottom line: save yourself a lot of drama and stay away from this company.

      Pros

      There is an HSA option for health insurance and a 104K match.

      Cons

      There are no promotions or real advertising if you work as a government contractor through this company. They also don’t give adequate increases if you are on the SETA contract.
