My team are good folk.

Cons

Department rivalry, no one wants to help you out. Obvious bottlenecks that no one wants to fix. Any advice is ignored. With over 5 years experience, expect to still be on a graduate wage. Any loyalty to the company is out the window. High turnover of staff Free on site parking is considered a benifit. Zero back fill. Expected to do multiple roles with no increase in pay. Obvious smoke and mirrors with the promise of awards for good work. Just pay staff fairly, most wages are £4-6k below average.
