No pros to say...don't join here please...as of my experience I say this.
Cons
Everything is bad. No friendly environment they treat us as school students. They will not give u leave even if u r in a death bed.. they are cheaters. There is no real time projects there...only demo projects for students..you can't learn anything from there...very less salary but work is more..
