No Bonuses, No Holiday except holy, Diwali and independence day, No Moral Values, Stares a lot without any reason, He will publically humiliate if there is any error. He Thinks he knows everything He won't respect the contract between you and him A couple of employees had to visit labour court for dues clearing. He won't redeem the expenses you spent on the company behalf.

Project size is vast and it give you ample opportunity to grow if you are a passionate learner, seniors are very supportive
