Pros
Weekly pay, very little micro managing, just get the job done, almost impossible to get fired if your a good driver because the turn over rate is so high.
Cons
No equipment maintenence, bone dry tractor and trailers with bald tires, little to no overtime, overtime doesn’t pay until 45 hours, poor route planning, 3rd party residential pick up and deliveries almost daily, trailers improperly loaded and unsecured damaged freight almost daily. Lowest pay in the industry for the area. No safety bonuses or even a pat on the back once and a while for working hard. Overall the cons far outweigh the pros while employed with Sutton.
