      The company is all about showing off—an impoverished engineering background in product and manufacturing team. There is no structure in the company, politics play the most important role. Presenting your work very well is way more important than the quality of your work. This is what they value

      Purpose drives passion Pay is okay Benefits are good Flexible work environment

      Cliquey at the management and higher level Nepotism is everywhere There can be toxic gossip and backstabbing at the top levels Too many employees and not enough real projects to work on Lots of movement /layoffs happening at the moment Job insecurity seems prevalent among many employees
