      They don't care of employee needs, the snaks are a joke, if you have a real problem and you need days off or if you have problems with the customer, they don't care about it, you are just like a merchandise

      They did not go bankrupt.

      Cons

      Communication with this team was a challenging nightmare. They have literally zero integrity. I get the sense there was fraudulent activities going on but above my pay grade - just beware.... If you value surrounding yourself with good people, good moral, then stay away from Svitla Systems.
