Failure at every level - Anonymous employee SwagUp Employee Review

Leadership is completely incompetent on every level. They let go of nearly 50 people since May and 15+ have left since the salary reductions. Seems like nobody knows what to do to right the ship and lead the company. The CEO had a great idea, but it seems like everyone responsible for leading it to success has failed - and even worse they don’t seem to care. It’s a lot of sales talk and not a lot of action or measurable results.
