      Amazing coworkers, a positive sense of community, and a good place to learn camera direction and video editing skills. This job also has a fluid workplace culture that actively looks to improve.

      Cons

      The nature of the work can be stressful. Long council meetings will test your stamina. If you're impatient, this may not be the best job for you.

      I loved the people at Swagit.

      Cons

      Not much. I wish I had been paid more, but it was a private up-and-coming company and there's not much you can do about that.

      Pros

      The company culture is very good. Base pay is decent. Day to day workload can be consistent. Very understanding management. Good work to life balance

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth under Granicus. Can get a little stressful during "Super Tuesdays" Raises are minimal.
