      Pros

      The company culture is very good. Base pay is decent. Day to day workload can be consistent. Very understanding management. Good work to life balance

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth under Granicus. Can get a little stressful during "Super Tuesdays" Raises are minimal.

      I loved the people at Swagit.

      Cons

      Not much. I wish I had been paid more, but it was a private up-and-coming company and there's not much you can do about that.
