      - Chances to work all the way across the product stack, without it being constantly required - Great team chemistry and communication - Product and design teams are helpful throughout speccing and development process - Many opportunities to learn from and work with other Senior Engineers

      Cons

      - Processes are in flux as the team is growing - Founder & CTO tend to work very late without many breaks, which isn't a great example for employees

      Pros

      - I'm empowered and supported to excel at my job - The team is so much fun to work with and very supportive. - Everyone is accessible, but we aren't bogged down with meetings. - Leadership is a good mix of gratitude, curiosity, and smarts. Never any ego. - When I take time off, they push me to disengage from work.

      Cons

      - Working through the pandemic means I haven't met anyone in person.
