Pros
Providing protection to Human Rights defenders in diferent parts of the country with SweFOR, I had the chance to work close to people and communities, and to wider my knoledge regarding safety and security/protection and self protection, analysis of context and advocacy actions.
Cons
The chances to grow within the organization are very circumstantial. The reduction of funding is affecting the work in the country offices, cutting off staff and changing work conditions.
