      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Sweatworks. The people that work there are great and it's unlike other companies. Despite being 100% remote and employees in many countries and states, there's a real feeling of being together. The work is interesting and I love the fitness industry in general.

      Cons

      Narrower focus on the fitness industry ties it to economic trends specific to that industry.

      Very supportive team leads Motivating culture with weekly 1 to 1 meetings Working on multiple projects allows for a lot of experience from different companies in health & fitness industy

      At times it feels the company is slightly understaffed as more projects are signed up causing employeed to work past office hours.
