      Friendly, upfront, easy to work with, helps you succeed. Like every carrier they aren't perfect but I like it hear a lot better then the biggest mega carrier I came from

      Cons

      More of a truck selection for lease driver, more fueling options , basic terminal with zero amenities for drivers

      Pros

      Good luck! None of the departments work together. Operations is the only department who makes any money for the company and they call you mother****** everyday. Huge nepotism issues. One person’s gets 5 days off but if you are Bosnian time off is unlimited and you can behave anyway you’d like to without recorse.

      The way they treat you, blame when it’s not even your fault, no training
