Very poor management, manager hardly answers his phone, the owner acts like he's better than you and trust me he really thinks it too, pay is too low, it's very hot outside and they def wont buy you gatorade or water, hopefully you dont get the truck without a/c because he wont fix it, did I mention the owner is not a nice man, don't work here you'll never get credit for doing well and you'll get laid off every October anyway, oh yeah and the manager doesnt like you already
