Pros

If you know someone who works there, the job is yours

Cons

They hire only people they know. You must be a college student to be a server despite not offering any benefits relating to being in college. There’s an odd sense of classism within the hierarchy and blatant racism. You cannot have a life outside of this place. I worked 60 hours a week for four years with no vacation time. In fact, they made me cancel my vacation in 2022 because they wanted me there for their new system installation. They threatened to refuse to pay me out my bonus for a grand opening I participated in because I needed to go home to take me sister to the hospital for two days, after I’d worked 80 hrs a week for 3 weeks during the covid lockdown.

Concept is simple, job could be simple.

Cons

-Rework "required hours" to make work life balance achievable for all members of managment. Just because we are salary does not mean we are slaves. -Benifits are expensive and not great. -Fear Based home office style of managment. Never sure who is going to lose their job next with no warning. -High turn over. 2 area directors, 2 curb manangers, multiple GMs and managers all within the 5 months I was there, all due to the management style of the president Jeff. -Jeff runs the business regardless of the their being a CEO. -Labor for the crew is expected to be at 4% meaning manangers are running multiple stations with only 1 other person. Burnout is real and they dont seem to understand that ticket times and guest satisfaction goes is horrible running at this labor and they dont want to hear any suggestions.
