No guidance from management - Bookkeeper Swift Filters Employee Review

Poor pay. Management doesn't make their expectations known and if you are not fulfilling them, they will express their displeasure without saying what it is that they're displeased about - to you, anyway. I knew where every employee in the place fell short except me.
