very small company, high medical premium cost, underpay , and the management wants you work over time without pay. Old school management. it's most stressful company I've known/experienced.

Thank you for the review. Swift has always prided itself upon its communications and coaching of its employees and I wish that you had experienced a better example of such during your employment.
Since its acquisition in November 2018 Swift Systems has undergone some major changes including the benefits package and management structure and I believe this has alleviated many of the concerns listed above.
Stress is unfortunately inevitable in a high paced, high demand job and it's not the right fit for everyone.
We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
The attitude and culture. Sound too good to be true? Well sometimes great things come in smaller packages.
The ability to be heard - it applies to everyone in the company. Having a voice doesn't mean you will always get your way but the management team listen and hear what you say. It might not always be what people want to hear, but ego's are checked at the door and viable feedback that is constructive and could benefit everyone is always heard.
Transparent management - knowing the going's on in the company is huge for me. The company is having a good month? Great! But now the employees know it too and it helps foster employee engagement and loyalty.
Cons
It's a smaller company. Processes are in place and work well, and as the company continues its growth the policies and processes will continue to improve.
Always treated fairly (both by management/ownership) when it came to financial compensation and other value indicators. Always encouraged to improve, but not in a belittling way. Frequently given chances to prove you are up to new challenges. Great sense of teamwork from the top down and bottom to top. Most customers were appreciative of the effort and quality of work provided. You will develop strong documentation and communication skills at this company as well.
Cons
Can be a little heavy on the non-standard business hours support needs, but anybody considering a career in IT should know that these jobs are not M-F 8-5. Previous management was sometimes unfocused. I can see why others mentioned it was a Mom & Pop operation with struggles to meet billable goals, keeping larger support contracts, and trying to control rumors about financial stability from permeating throughout the staff, but all that sounds like a stage they went through as a growing company.
