Pros
I have been here for just over 5 years now. This is the longest job at any 1 company that I have had. That is because I am very happy here and there is no need to go anywhere else. I have a ton of opportunity here with this company. I started out with good solid experience and skills, at that time I had no idea how much I could still learn. The team really works well together and we all learn from each other. I have also moved up within the company over the years at a rapid rate. There are also good benefits, bonus programs, and other more secretive benefits as well. The company is doing incredible things and its exciting to be a part and contributing to the success.
Cons
I am the kind of guy thats always had my day job and a side job. This was because at my Corporate jobs I had a lot of extra free time for that kind of thing. I don't have that free time now! No big deal, I guess I shouldn't consider ebay a job. Also the kitchen is small.
