Pros

You can learn/build ServiceNow skill set as they are transitioning apps from ColdFusion to ServiceNow.

Cons

Avoid this company at all costs. Seriously the worst company I've ever worked for. They are company-before-employee centric. They overwhelm you on projects and will call/text you during off-hours and expect you to work on weekends and evenings without overtime compensation (I believe there's a law against this).  When I left, a single PM was in charge of 30-40 applications (ratio is supposed to be 1 PM-to-3 apps). Once they get what they want out of you, they'll treat you like trash. Really. Co-workers/Peers are nice, but there is a great lack of communication creating a sink-or-swim atmosphere--this was happening even before the pandemic. HR is absolutely pathetic and his actions (or lack of) could have led to multiple lawsuits (not communicating about important administrative dates; not responding to multiple HR-related emails). Their benefits are sub-par and you will pay for some of the administrative fees such as maintaining 401k. Their PPO/HMO health care benefits have a deductible of $1,500! Yes, that means that you have to pay $1,500 out-of-pocket first before insurance starts paying. That is the worst healthcare benefit I've ever seen. I literally kept a journal of "issues" about the company--that list grew to 20 items. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Pros

The management does listen to individual employees and will consider all suggestions for improvement; even outlandish ones will at least be considered and not ruled out immediately. C-level management cares about the wellbeing of the employees and goes to great lengths to demonstrate that. They continue to rollout unique health benefits such as pet insurance, gym membership reimbursement, education reimbursement, etc. The company is growing rapidly and so far handling it very well.

Cons

Limited opportunities to learn new technologies outside of the Power Platform and ServiceNow, but there is an internal initiative to take advantage new tech such as AI slash M/L, so this is changing. As a developer you may be expected to communicate directly with customers, but it depends on the project. size It's great if you have good people skills and want to build rapport with the customer.
