      After many years of working at SwipeGuide, I'm still very happy with the possibilities, freedom, and flexibility the company offers. Every workday is new and exciting, always enticing my curiosity.

      Cons

      For some people it can be overwhelming to have so much freedom provided by a sociocratic way-of-working, so it doesn't suit everyone :)

      Amazing workplace with great values, culture and colleagues from around the world. Lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of autonomy so if you are not a "go-getter" it may not be the right place for you.
