I have loved working at SwipeSum. It is a great startup atmosphere, with room for growth. Everyone works together as a team to accomplish their individual goals and team goals. The founders are great at recognizing people's strengths as well as weaknesses. Employees strengths are used to the companies benefit, and weaknesses are worked upon.

Since it is a smaller startup, sometimes personalities clash. Everyone is friends as well as coworkers, which sometimes makes it hard to set friendships aside to work the most efficiently.

Bro culture run by two men with questionable morals and bad decision making. Zero ability to work from home, no autonomy all while the two dudes in charge do whatever they want. They’re obsessed with “seeing their money at work” it’s weird - giving poor man’s Succession in a shared workspace lolll
