For me, Swipetouch is a dream job for the following reasons: 1. It's a WFH 2. The founders are always ready to give you a chance to grow along with the company. Yes, they do set up one-on-one meetings to address your grievances if any and provide you meaningful advice and guidance from time to time. 3. The work environment is really good. 4. The workload is manageable, allowing work-life balance which is a must for a female employee at least.

I believe there is room to enhance team communication even further and we can explore ways to streamline information flow for better collaboration.

Amazing culture and an absolutely devoted higher management that will work right along side. It is nice to be at company which has WFH policy and a good atmosphere and very friendly and supportive colleagues. A excellent and rapidly growing Educational Software platform.

The company is dynamic and fast-paced, which can sometimes result in high work pressure. However, this environment also offers opportunities for growth and the chance to work on challenging, impactful projects.
