Work Life Balance is great.

Rapidly growing company with lots of opportunity. Great group of people from the top down. Strong benefits. Lots of flexibility.

Office location has no walkable lunch destination other than American Prime which gets very expensive. Mask policy inside the office is ridiculous for vaccinated employees. Masks should be optional if you are vaccinated which is the same policy that the office building adheres to.
