Diverse cultures All new cubicles, computers, chairs, couches, carpet, etc. just last year!

No cons currently. In 2016 there was a bit more business traveling than some would have hoped for but with constant improvements to processes, traveling has lessened and continues to lessen for most, if not all, departments.
